The Role & Responsibilities

As a Secondary Maths Teacher, you may be required to:

Deliver engaging and structured Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities available)

Break down complex concepts to support all learning abilities

Create a positive, focused learning environment

Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies

Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback

Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners

Work collaboratively with Maths departments and support staff

Follow safeguarding policies and school procedures

Roles are available on a daily supply, long-term, or permanent basis — tailored to your preference.

We’re looking for teachers who:

✔ Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs welcome
✔ Have experience teaching Maths in UK secondary schools
✔ Are confident teaching up to KS4
✔ Have strong classroom management skills
✔ Bring a positive, flexible, can-do attitude
