• Deliver engaging and well‑structured lessons in English Language and Literature
• Teach Key Stage 3 and 4, with opportunities for KS5 depending on experience
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Contribute to curriculum development and literacy‑focused initiatives
• Participate in department and whole‑school planning and events
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in teaching standards
