We are looking for a supportive and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our busy Service Support team!

An integral part of the TSG UK business, you will be the first point of contact for inbound communications from our clients; responding to calls and emails, updating a variety of customer portals and ensuring co‑workers are kept up to date to ensure the smooth and efficient coordination of our field service teams.

This is a permanent, staff position open to applicants based in or around the Basildon area, and we are pleased to offer the flexibility of hybrid working once your initial training is complete.

About you: Along with your strong customer service background you have a good working knowledge of Outlook and Excel and take pride in your communication skills, your professional telephone manner and attention to detail. You enjoy being part of a dynamic, close‑knit team and are happy to support co‑workers and the wider team when needed, demonstrating a positive, flexible approach.
