We are currently recruiting Residential Support Workers to join a well-established, family-run company that genuinely invests in its staff. You will be supporting young people in residential children s homes within the Basildon area.

• Working with young people aged 11-17
• Although behaviours can be challenging, the young people are settled and engaging well
• 2:1 staffing ratio; no lone working

• You must be flexible to work both days and nights
• Preferences are considered, but flexibility is essential
• Standard shifts:
  Days 08:00–20:00;
  Nights 20:00–08:00
• 34 shifts per week must be completed

• Minimum 6 months experience working with children
• Enhanced DBS:
  We can process this for you; however, you will be required to pay for it
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
