Job Description     Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant – Burnham Yacht Harbour

Burnham Yacht Harbour  is looking for a motivated  Bookkeeper/Accounts  Assistant to join our friendly team in a unique marina setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and wants to contribute to the smooth running of a busy harbour business. We offer a generous salary based on experience, and while full‑time hours are preferred, we can offer some flexibility for the right candidate.
In this role, you will support the day‑to‑day financial operations of the business.

Typical responsibilities include:
Managing purchase and sales ledger entries
Processing invoices and supplier payments
Bank and account reconciliations
Preparing financial reports and summaries
Supporting payroll administration
Handling customer queries related to accounts
General administrative and office support as required

We’re looking for someone with good organisational skills, accuracy, and confidence working with accounting software. Previous bookkeeping or accounts experience is essential.
