Der/die Kandidat/in wird Teil eines professionellen Teams, das Menschen in Notlagen berät und bei der sozialen Integration unterstützt. Hierbei sind Fähigkeiten wie Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit von großer Bedeutung. Zudem wird ein Studium der Sozialen Arbeit an der FHNW vorausgesetzt.
