Eine soziale Einrichtung in der Schweiz sucht eine/n engagierte/n Sozialarbeiter/in für den Standort Basel. Sie/er berät Patienten in Sozialversicherungsfragen und unterstützt bei der Austrittsplanung. Erforderlich sind eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Sozialer Arbeit, Erfahrung in der klinischen Sozialarbeit und sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten. Es wird ein Pensum von 50% geboten, und die Eintrittszeit kann flexibel gestaltet werden.
