We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Application Manager & domain expert to oversee and enhance our portfolio of Building Management (REFS), Time Tracking, and P&O applications within a GxP/GMP‑regulated global enterprise.

In this senior role, you will ensure end‑to‑end system stability, regulatory compliance, seamless integrations with HR, payroll, and physical security ecosystems, and high‑quality operational support.

• Manage the full application lifecycle including upgrades, migrations, patches, and security remediation.
• Ensure 24x5 operational support through Service Now, including queue management, ticket resolution, and root‑cause analysis.
• Proactively monitor application performance using Splunk and App Dynamics.

• Support and maintain Dormakaba B-COMM integrated with SAP HR PDC, Workday, Workforce Software, and payroll systems.
• Configure and support Dormakaba time terminals, including multi‑RFID badge technologies (HID, KABA, NFC/BLE).

• Design and manage integrations across HR, payroll, physical security, and facility management systems.
• Support n‑tier distributed architectures and ensure proper interface design and monitoring.
• Oversee master data synchronization, automated data feeds, and de‑provisioning processes.

• Administer Windows/application servers and automate troubleshooting using Power Shell scripting.
• Collaborate with network, database, OS, and security teams to resolve complex issues.

• Maintain continuous GxP/GMP compliance, validation states, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Ensure alignment with internal quality, cybersecurity, and operational risk standards.

• Provide support for enterprise physical security systems such as:
• Honeywell Pro-Watch
• Max Pro VMS
• Everbridge
• Work with IoT/OT edge devices including door controllers, turnstiles, intrusion alarms, and badge readers.

• Act as a technical liaison for key vendors including Honeywell, Dormakaba, Everbridge, Pavion/Structure Works.
• Coordinate multi‑tier troubleshooting between internal & external teams.

• Strong background in enterprise application support and complex integrations.
• Expertise in Time & Attendance systems, HR interfaces, and Physical Security technologies.
• Deep understanding of networking, security fundamentals, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Hands‑on experience in regulated pharma/GxP environments.
• Proven capability to operate in global, distributed enterprise settings.

• Excellent stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to diagnose issues across OS, databases, networks, and security layers.
• Capable of managing sensitive data and ensuring compliance with corporate security policies.
• Fully trained and compliant as a knowledge worker, with proficiency across enterprise tools such as:
• Service Now, NGM dashboards, HP ALM, Core Dox, PAM, APS platforms.
