To strengthen our Sales team in Switzerland, we are looking for a proactive, business‑driven and motivated Sales Assistant to support our account managers and actively contribute to prospecting activities, new account development, and expansion of our existing sales pipeline, while delivering outstanding client service and driving business growth.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support account managers in preparing project and task agreements as well as in developing new accounts and following up on prospecting activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, develop agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions including meetings with prospects and first client contacts.
  • Assist in preparing client presentations and proposals using PowerPoint.
  • Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate client and project information.
  • Participate in sales‑related tasks and provide assistance across ongoing projects.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as invoice processing and internal system updates.
  • Organize division events, workshops, and ad hoc projects as needed, including initiatives supporting market visibility and lead generation.
  • Ensure confidential and sensitive information is handled professionally and securely.
Your Qualifications And Experience
  • Degree (Master's preferred) in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business support, or project administration, with an interest in prospecting and new business development (internship experience acceptable).
  • Fluent in German and English (French is a plus).
  • Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a structured approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn with the resilience and motivation required for prospecting and outreach activities.
