Assistant Manager

As part of a future opening in Basel, we are looking for an Assistant Store Manager who will support the Store Manager in leading this new project with strong leadership, commercial focus, and operational excellence.

As a key pillar of the management team, you will contribute to launching, developing, and ensuring the sustainable performance of the store. You will play an active role in building the team, implementing the store culture, and driving performance from day one.

This opening represents an important step in our development in Switzerland, and your contribution will be essential to its success.

• Support the Store Manager in building and developing a high-performing and engaged team
• Lead the team on the floor, ensuring motivation and daily guidance
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
• Monitor individual performance and contribute to talent development

• Support the achievement of key KPIs (Sales, conversion rate, average basket, productivity, etc.)
• Analyze performance indicators and contribute to action plans adapted to the Basel market
• Ensure optimal stock management and smooth product flow
• Lead by example on the sales floor to drive results Customer Experience & Brand Image
  • Ensure a premium customer experience aligned with the brand identity
  • Support and monitor Visual Merchandising implementation according to corporate standards
  • Guarantee excellence in product presentation and store layout
  • Act as a brand ambassador within the local market
  Operational Excellence
  • Support daily store operations in compliance with Swiss regulations
  • Contribute to planning, organization, and cost control
  • Ensure procedures are properly implemented and respected
  • Support the Store Manager in anticipating and resolving operational challenges
  Profile
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role
  • Strong commercial mindset with good understanding of Visual Merchandising
  • Hands‑on leadership style with strong presence on the shop floor
  • Results‑oriented with solid organizational and analytical skills
  • German is mandatory (fluent level required)
  • Professional level of English is required
