As part of a future store opening in Basel
, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Department Manager to support the Store Manager in launching and developing the business successfully.

As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of your department, leading your team, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising and operations.

• Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve department objectives
• Organize daily planning and ensure optimal floor coverage
• Provide continuous feedback and coaching
• Promote an inclusive, collaborative, and performance-driven environment

• Drive department KPIs (sales, conversion rate, average basket, productivity, etc.)
• Analyze results and implement action plans to maximize performance
• Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability
• Identify commercial opportunities based on customer trends and local market needs

• Ensure excellent implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines
• Maintain attractive and commercial product displays
• Adapt layouts to maximize sales performance
• Guarantee full alignment with brand image and corporate standards

• Deliver a premium and consistent customer experience
• Lead by example on the sales floor
• Handle customer feedback professionally and proactively

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and Swiss regulations
• Support inventory management and loss prevention
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient working environment

• Previous experience in retail management (Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or similar role)
• Strong commercial mindset and analytical skills
• Solid understanding of Visual Merchandising
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
• German is mandatory (fluent level required)
• Good level of English is required
