Operation Specialist

As part of a future store opening in Basel
, we are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operation Specialist to ensure operational excellence from day one.

You will play a key role in managing back-office operations, optimizing product flow, overseeing delivery processes, and ensuring efficient capacity management, while fully complying with company procedures and Swiss regulations. Your contribution will be essential to support strong commercial performance and a seamless customer experience.

• Plan and supervise daily deliveries
• Optimize stockroom and sales floor capacity management
• Ensure smooth product flow between stockroom and sales floor
• Anticipate volume fluctuations and adapt resources during peak periods

• Oversee product reception and control procedures
• Ensure stock accuracy and strict compliance with inventory processes
• Analyze stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Monitor stock movements and maintain data accuracy
• Support inventory counts

• Ensure full compliance with company procedures and Swiss regulations
• Optimize logistics flows and internal processes
• Contribute actively to loss prevention
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient working environment

• Work closely with management and sales teams
• Ensure product availability on the sales floor
• Support replenishment to maximize sales opportunities
• Contribute to achieving overall store objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with all store teams
• Share operational best practices
• Promote a structured, solution-oriented, and collaborative environment

• Previous experience in retail operations, stock management, or logistics
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to manage high volumes and multiple priorities
• Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
• German is mandatory (fluent level required)
• Professional level of English is required
