We are building a long-term technology platform focused on next-generation biotechnology, bioengineering systems, and industrial-scale biological technologies
, and we are looking to connect with experienced scientists and researchers who care about how biological technologies translate into robust real-world systems — not just controlled laboratory discoveries.
This initiative is part of a nationally supported innovation programme aimed at strengthening capabilities in industrial biotechnology, bioengineering infrastructure, and large-scale biological production systems

The focus is not on short-term research output, but on developing biological technologies that can operate reliably in industrial environments and real-world production settings
.
You are likely a strong fit if you:
- Hold a PhD from a QS Top 100 university
- Graduated in 2022 or earlier
- Have several years of post-PhD research or industry experience
And have worked on complex biotechnology or life science systems such as:
Biotechnology & Biological Systems- Synthetic biology and biological system design
- Protein engineering and enzyme development
- Metabolic pathway engineering and microbial strain design
- Computational or systems biology applied to biological production
- Biomanufacturing and industrial-scale biological production
- Bioprocess engineering and fermentation systems
- Industrial microbiology and microbial engineering
- Bio-based materials, enzymes, or biomolecule production
- Integration of biological systems with engineering platforms
This is not a narrowly defined role with a fixed job description.
Instead, the platform is designed for experienced scientists and engineers who want to work on long-horizon technical challenges in biotechnology and life sciences.
