Scientist (Authentifield Innovation Scientist)

Duratiom: 01/03/2026 to 31/12/2027

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Analytical Chemistry Scientist to evaluate, implement, and optimize advanced liquid testing technologies, including Lab scanner Plus and Authentifield applications. The successful candidate will design experiments, analyze data, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive innovation and ensure seamless technology integration.

• Technology Evaluation & Implementation:
  Assess the performance and suitability of Lab scanner Plus and Authentifield for liquid testing. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement these technologies effectively.
• Experimental Design:
  Develop and execute protocols to test and validate liquid testing technologies.
• Data Analysis:
  Analyze experimental data using Python and other statistical tools to derive actionable insights.
• Collaboration:
  
  Partner with IT, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and other teams to support technology integration and process improvements.
• Documentation:
  Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and technical documentation on experimental findings and technology assessments.
• Innovation:
  Stay abreast of developments in analytical chemistry and related fields to support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

• Master’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in analytical chemistry and data analysis; familiarity with liquid applications using Near Infrared spectroscopy is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and experimental design skills.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with system integration and project management is desirable.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical supply chains is a plus.
