As a Scientist / Research Associate, you will contribute to the development of innovative solutions in a modern life science environment. You will support research projects, conduct experiments, and actively contribute to scientific inquiries.

• Planning, execution, and documentation of experiments
• Analysis and interpretation of scientific data
• Participation in research, development, or validation projects
• Preparation of technical reports and presentations
• Close collaboration with internal interfaces QA, QC, Engineering, Analytics
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards incl. GMP, GLP

• Completed degree in natural sciences BSc/MSc/PhD
• Experience in a laboratory environment industry or academic
• Solid knowledge of relevant technologies e.g., cell culture, PCR, chromatography
• Analytical mindset and structured working style
• Very good German or English skills
