Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced QA Specialist to support aseptic manufacturing operations on a pharmaceutical or biotech production site. You will act as a key quality interface on the shopfloor, ensuring adherence to aseptic practices while contributing to the design and structure of quality systems (SOPs, documentation, training, etc.).

This role is hands‑on and on‑the‑floor
, supporting both day‑to‑day activities in controlled areas and long‑term quality system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with aseptic best practices
  : hygiene, gowning, behaviors, movements, etc.
• Perform routine QA presence in classified areas
  , including clean rooms and aseptic zones
• Support and observe visual inspection activities
• Participate in routine operations
  , deviations, and shopfloor decision‑making from a QA perspective
• Help structure and improve the Quality Management System (QMS):
• Draft and revise SOPs, procedures, documentation, and training materials
• Support internal training sessions and promote a strong GMP/aseptic culture
• Participate in audits, self‑inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives

Profile Requirements:

• Background in life sciences, pharmacy, biotechnology or equivalent field
• Proven experience in QA operations within aseptic/sterile manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of GMP and best aseptic practices (Annex 1, etc.)
• Experience with cleanroom behavior
  , gowning qualification, and on‑site QA support
• Ability to draft procedures and structure documentation
• Knowledge of visual inspection processes is a strong asset
• Structured, reliable, and proactive mindset
• Fluent in English
  ; German or French is a plus
