Organic Chemist

We are currently supporting a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing site near Basel following significant investment in new production infrastructure, including recently completed filling facilities and additional production lines.

As part of the expansion within Bioconjugation, we are seeking an Organic Chemist to support GMP activities, with increasing involvement in process development and process optimization later in the year. The site is entering a critical growth phase, and these hires are considered key additions to the team.

• Support GMP bioconjugation manufacturing activities
• Contribute to process optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across production and development
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards
• Assist with technical troubleshooting and continuous improvement

• MSc or PhD in Organic Chemistry or related discipline
• 3–5 years of industry experience within pharmaceuticals or biologics
• Experience in bioconjugation is highly desirable
• Strong GMP background
• Fluent German (mandatory)
• Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
