A growing pharmaceutical company near Basel is seeking an Organic Chemist to support GMP bioconjugation manufacturing activities. This role involves contributing to process optimization and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have an MSc or PhD in Organic Chemistry, 3–5 years of industry experience, and a strong understanding of GMP. Fluency in German is mandatory, and candidates must possess a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
