As part of its production expansion, Mycrobez is looking for an experienced and hands‑on

• Supervise and coordinate production activities during assigned shifts
• Lead, motivate, and support production operators on the shop floor
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met
• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Act as the first point of contact for operational issues during the shift
• Ensure proper handover and structured reporting between shifts

• Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented working style
• Hands‑on and practical approach to daily operations
• Flexibility with schedules, shifts, and tasks
• Team‑oriented mindset with a positive and respectful attitude
