Athagoras is seeking a highly structured and hands-on M&A Integration Manager (m/f/d) to support the onboarding and integration of newly acquired businesses across the Group.
Role overviewThis role is critical to ensuring smooth operational transitions, strong alignment across functions, and disciplined delivery against integration milestones. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with operational pragmatism and thrives in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.
Key responsibilities- Support acquisition onboarding, including transition of business processes into Athagoras platform and relevant business units
- Maintain and continuously update detailed integration plans, timelines, and progress reports
- Track integration milestones, work streams, and deliverables
- Maintain integration Monday pages and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of integration playbooks
- Ensure all integration checklists are completed across functional areas
- Proactively identify risks, blockers, and post-completion issues and elevate appropriately
- Actively resolve operational roadblocks to ensure efficient and timely execution
- Build strong working relationships with acquired businesses to drive execution success
- Support clear, structured communication to minimise operational disruption during integration phases
- Prepare documentation, summaries, and executive-ready reporting
- Act as central coordination point between PMO, functional work streams leads and Acquired business leadership teams.
- 5+ years of strong integration experience,
or in operational roles following experience in top-tier strategy consulting - Experience working in operational businesses, ideally in Life Sciene consultancy
- Experience with in the life sciences sector is a strong plus.
- Highly organised and analytical with excellent attention to detail
- Extremely structured with strong planning discipline
- Proven ability to manage multiple work streams and moving parts simultaneously.
- Practical problem-solving mindset with a “get things done” attitude
Strong communication skills and fluency in English - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multi-cultural, multi-national environments.
