Lead Phase II–III trials for a top pharma sponsor. 6–12 month freelance projects, hybrid work, Switzerland-based and commutable to Basel.
Responsibilities- Manage multi-country trial timelines, budgets, and vendors
- Lead cross-functional teams (Clinical Ops, Data, Safety)
- Implement risk management and ensure regulatory compliance
- Track study deliverables and oversee project reporting
- Proven experience managing Phase II–III trials, ideally in oncology, CNS, or immunology
- Strong stakeholder management across regions and CROs
- Familiarity with CTMS, eTMF, and EDC systems
