  • Lead the procurement transformation roadmap, aligned with business strategy and stakeholder needs across regions and functions.
  • Establish and oversee procurement governance, policies, and standards; ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and ESG principles.
  • Drive supplier risk management, due diligence, transparency, and ethical/responsible sourcing.
  • Serve as global lead for procurement technology (SAP and other S2P/P2P solutions), partnering with IT to ensure effective deployment, integration, and user adoption.
  • Build advanced analytics and reporting capabilities to enable data-driven decision-making and performance tracking (KPIs, dashboards, insights).
  • Lead the Procurement PMO—prioritize, execute, and communicate strategic initiatives; monitor adoption of Group-standard procurement systems globally.
  • Champion change management and capability-building to embed new ways of working across local and regional teams.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing networked team (direct and indirect), fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications Your Profile
  • A positive attitude, energy, and optimism that inspire those around you as well as a collaborative spirit, enthusiasm for challenges, and the drive to make a difference.
  • Significant procurement experience (typically 10+ years) including 5+ years in senior/global or regional leadership within Procurement Excellence or similar.
  • Proven track record implementing best-in-class S2P/P2P platforms (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Ariba, GEP) and driving user adoption at scale.
  • Expertise in process design, governance, and performance management with measurable impact on efficiency, compliance, and value delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence across functions, regions, and levels.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Preferred (but not required)
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Economics, Engineering; MBA a plus.
