Position Summary

Jet Aviation Completions is an innovative and evolving division, and we are looking for a driven and experienced Aircraft Project Operations Manager to lead our high-performing Technical Operations Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of this division, overseeing exciting projects, collaborating with cross-functional experts, and ensuring top‑tier quality and compliance in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise: Lead a team of up to 18 professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
  • Project oversight: Plan, schedule, and control project activities ensuring on‑time delivery and budget adherence.
  • Process improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and increase efficiency using Lean principles.
  • Compliance assurance: Ensure all work complies with internal procedures, technical requirements, and regulatory standards (FOCA, EASA, FAA).
  • Cross‑functional collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, and Certifying Staff to meet project goals.
  • Quality and safety: Uphold Jet Aviation's Part 145 & P21 approvals and environmental, health, safety, and quality policies.
  • Audit management: Coordinate and implement corrective actions in response to audit findings, fostering continuous improvement.

Your profile
  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leadership experience in the aviation industry (OEM, Completion Center, MRO, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of aerospace regulations and certifications (EASA, FAA, Part 145, Part 21)
  • Successful track record managing large and complex projects within budget and schedule.
  • Understanding of finance and budget control.
  • Lean principles knowledge and Green/Black Belt certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, team‑building, and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to lead change, motivate teams, and handle shifting priorities effectively.
