• A degree (bachelor/master/diploma) in business, IT, engineering, business information systems, or a digital discipline.
• More than 7 years of experience in process consulting and implementation of SAP solutions.
• Relevant experience in SAP supply chain and logistics modules with a deep understanding of the related business processes.
• Innovative mindset with previous exposure to GenAI and Cloud technologies (advantageous).
• Strong analytical skills with a commitment to professional excellence.
• Team player with the readiness to take on responsibility in projects and foster innovative solutions.
• Relevant leadership experience, including coaching, managing engagement teams, and client relationship management.
• Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written); working knowledge of French is a plus.
• Flexibility to work on engagements in other parts of Switzerland and/or abroad, with a valid work permit.

• Work with clients on their supply chain operations processes, evaluate the best use of SAP solutions, and advise on the design and implementation of best-in-class SAP solutions.
• Assist clients in integrating solutions based on the latest technology, such as IoT or predictive analytics, with their S4 HANA solution.
• Take on responsibility for managing projects and project work streams in challenging and fast-paced SAP transformation programs.
• Contribute to the development of a world-class SAP consulting team.
