Senior Application Manager & Domain Expert – Building Management & Time Tracking Systems

Our client is a global enterprise operating in a GxP/GMP-regulated environment, running critical workplace and people operations platforms  strengthen system stability, compliance, and end-to-end integration across HR, payroll, facility management, and security ecosystems in Switzerland, we are looking for you as:

You take end-to-end ownership of a portfolio covering Building Management (REFS), Time Tracking, and P&O applications, ensuring stable operations and audit-ready compliance in a regulated environment. You manage the full application lifecycle including upgrades, migrations, patches, and security remediation, and you steer 24x5 operational support via Service Now with strong queue management, ticket resolution, root‑cause analysis, and proactive monitoring using Splunk and App Dynamics.

You support and enhance Dormakaba B‑COMM integrated with SAP HR PDC, Workday, Workforce Software, and payroll systems, including configuration and support of Dormakaba time terminals and multi‑RFID badge technologies (HID, KABA, NFC/BLE). You design and manage integrations across HR, payroll, physical security, and facility management systems in n‑tier distributed architectures, ensuring robust interface design, monitoring, master data synchronization, automated data feeds, and de‑provisioning processes.

You collaborate closely with infrastructure and security stakeholders, administer Windows/application servers, automate troubleshooting with Power Shell, and coordinate complex issue resolution across network, database, OS, and cybersecurity teams. You maintain validation states, documentation, and governance to ensure continuous GxP/GMP compliance and readiness for inspections and audits, while supporting enterprise physical security and safety systems such as Honeywell Pro‑Watch, Max Pro VMS, and Everbridge as well as IoT/OT edge devices including door controllers, turnstiles, intrusion alarms, and badge readers.

As a senior technical liaison, you coordinate vendors such as Honeywell, Dormakaba, Everbridge, and Pavion/Structure Works and drive multi‑tier troubleshooting across internal and external teams.

You bring 10–12 years of experience in enterprise application management with proven delivery in complex integration landscapes and global, distributed environments. You have deep expertise in Time & Attendance systems, HR interfaces, and physical security technologies, paired with a solid understanding of networking, security fundamentals, and Privileged Access Management (PAM). Hands‑on experience in regulated pharma/GxP settings is essential, including working with validation, documentation standards, and audit expectations.

You combine strong analytical capabilities with the ability to diagnose issues across OS, database, network, and security layers, and you handle sensitive data with a high level of discretion and compliance to corporate security policies. You are an effective communicator who can align stakeholders, steer vendors, and create clarity in complex operational situations, and you are fully proficient with enterprise tooling such as Service Now, NGM dashboards, HP ALM, Core Dox, PAM, and APS platforms.

You will take a key role in running mission‑critical systems that connect workplace operations, people processes, and security at enterprise scale in Switzerland.
