Netsuite ERP Senior Analyst

An international pharmaceutical company is looking for an ERP Manager or Senior Analyst with good experience in the pharmaceutical industry to join their team.

The company is implementing and improving the Finance System and core ERP solution and is looking for someone with good ERP knowledge to join their team and focus on improving the system and processes for areas including Finance, Supply Chain, Quality and Compliance.

Working as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT, this role will gather requirements and translate to ERP system design and configuration and will focus on building up compliance in key areas e.g. GxP, GAMP.

Your Responsibilities:

• Business Process Analysis: define requirements and translate to system configuration in the ERP solution and integrated systems
• Implementation projects to deploy new features, roll-out improvements, and improve ERP configuration
• Project Management of system enhancements and process improvements across key areas such as Finance and Logistics / Supply Chain areas
• Assess and deliver ERP Changes for new features and modules according to business needs

Your profile:

• Strong ERP systems experience in the Pharma Industry e.g. Business Systems Analyst, Financial Systems Manager, ERP Manager or similar
• Good understanding of core processes Finance and Supply Chain
• Experience across Requirements Gathering and ability to translate to translate to IT systems
• Prior sector experience in Pharmaceutical industry, Therapeutics or a similar Medical industry sector
• Strong communication skills in English

Location:

Basel, Switzerland, Onsite 3-4 days / week hybrid working
