Job descriptionAs Senior Dev Sec Ops Engineer, you will enhance development environments, CI/CD workflows, and infrastructure automation. You support engineering teams, optimise system environments, and ensure adherence to best practices across the software-delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Improve CI/CD pipelines through scripting and automation.
- Maintain and optimise development tools, container environments, and Open Shift/Kubernetes components.
- Support developers throughout the lifecycle, ensuring best-practice implementation.
- Perform root-cause analyses and improve system scalability.
- Integrate and enhance tools such as logs, ETL pipelines, and API management.
You hold a university-level qualification in an IT discipline or have completed an equivalent technical apprenticeship, and you bring several years of current, hands‑on Dev Sec Ops experience covering CI/CD pipelines, container technologies and modern development tooling. You work with a holistic view of system environments and contribute actively to engineering improvements.
Additionally- 3+ years of Dev Sec Ops experience;
Azure Dev Ops and Kubernetes preferred - Background in development (ideally .NET) and technologies like Elasticsearch, Mongo
DB, Redis or Kafka - Strong analytical thinking and holistic system view
- Fluent in English
- Valid Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship required
- Willingness to work 100% on‑site
