CRM Business Analyst – Veeva Vault (M/F/D) Tasks
- Support end users and provide clear, actionable guidance on Veeva Vault CRM and related tools
- Collect, document, and prioritize system enhancements and improvement ideas
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate validation activities across countries
- Communicate production changes effectively to the business and ensure adoption
- Ensure all activities comply with pharma regulatory standards
- Extensive experience in a commercial pharma environment – critical for success
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Veeva Vault technologies (CRM and Vault modules)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into system requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (mandatory), German, French, or Italian is a plus
- Comfortable working 100% remotely
, with occasional onsite presence in Switzerland
