Role SummaryWe are looking for a senior Marketing Analytics professional to support a global organization in strengthening marketingperformance measurement and data integration across B2B and B2C environments.
Requirements- 7+ years of Marketing Analytics experience
- 5+ years of CRM experience (Salesforce)
- Strong understanding of business processes
- Solid knowledge of marketing technology and data integration
- Life sciences/pharma background is a plus
- Experience working in global, cross-functional environments
- Translate business needs into structured analytics solutions
- Generate actionable marketing and customer insights
- Supporting Martech & Data Integration
- Analyze campaign performance and key ROI drivers
- Develop KPI frameworks across B2B and B2C models
- Support integration of martech tools and ensure data consistency
- Collaborate with data engineering and product teams
- Ensure high‑quality data across CRM (Salesforce), CDP, analytics, and campaign platforms
- Contribute to unified audience and data model development
