As a fast learner, you proactively drive outcomes and integrate well into different cultures, teams and business settings. You’re keen to build capabilities in commercial roles, in digital innovation, and in (the commercialization of) data and digital tools to generate business outcomes.

For this opportunity, we are seeking individuals who have:

• A strong interest in the healthcare industry and are willing to build a career in this field and at Roche.

• An excellent academic profile, including a degree in science, data science, business, and preferably a postgraduate degree such as an MBA, PhD, MD, MEng, or MSc, is desired.

• Additionally, 3-5 years of professional working experience excluding internships in industries such as Pharma, Diagnostics, Biotech, Med Tech, Information Technology (preferably healthcare-oriented), or Consulting to Healthcare is required.

• Exposure to commercial roles or projects related to innovation in digital or advanced analytics technologies for the healthcare industry is valuable.

• Global mobility is required throughout the 2-year rotational program and afterwards.

• Full proficiency in English is necessary, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
