As part of a strategic cloud transformation initiative, we are looking for a Cloud Platform Engineer to contribute to the design, operation and continuous improvement of a shared Kubernetes-based platform, supporting multiple teams and business applications in a highly demanding environment.

• Contribute to the design and industrialization of a shared cloud platform
  , supporting multiple teams and applications with strong reliability and security requirements
• Ensure the operational stability and scalability of the Kubernetes environment while aligning it with internal standards and best practices
• Participate in the definition and continuous improvement of the platform governance model
  , including access management, isolation strategies and security principles
• Build and evolve automated software delivery workflows to streamline application deployments and reduce operational risks
• Develop a holistic observability approach enabling proactive monitoring and better understanding of application behavior in production
• Strengthen platform automation to minimize manual operations and improve overall resilience and recoverability
• Promote reusable and standardized building blocks to structure and sustain the technical ecosystem over time
• Support and guide platform users by sharing best practices and contributing to the continuous improvement of platform adoption

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes architecture and operations
  , including (upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting, multi-tenancy)
• Solid expertise in Azure services and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Good knowledge of Git Ops workflows
  , Kubernetes manifests, Helm charts and container security concepts (including service mesh technologies)
• Strong automation mindset, with experience in scripting, capacity management and disaster recovery strategies
• Ability to design pragmatic, robust solutions in complex environments

• Engineering degree or equivalent background in cloud, systems or software engineering
• Autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong interest in harmonizing technical practices and contributing to collective knowledge sharing
• Team player with curiosity, adaptability and a passion for operational excellence
