Data Scientist

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Maintain Data Integration Tools
  Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot existing data integration pipelines feeding AI models, ensuring high data quality, reliability, and availability.

• Support AI Development
  Collaborate with R&D scientists to support training, validation, and optimization of machine learning and AI models.

• Data Analysis & Reporting
  Perform in-depth data analysis to extract actionable insights, answer research questions, and communicate findings through structured reports and visualizations.

• Troubleshoot & Problem-Solve
  Identify and resolve technical issues related to data access, software constraints, infrastructure, and model performance.

• Ensure Project Continuity
  Work closely with the team to maintain timelines and deliverables throughout the contract period, ensuring uninterrupted R&D operations.

• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
  Maintain clear documentation of workflows, system modifications, and best practices to ensure transparency and continuity.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field

• 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience in data science or data analytics roles

• Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, Num Py, Scikit-learn)

• Solid experience with SQL and relational databases

• Practical experience with ETL principles and data pipeline management

• Foundational understanding of machine learning models and workflows

• Experience with
  image analysis techniques

• Familiarity with FAIR data principles

• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills

• Ability to work independently in a small team environment

• Strong communication and documentation skills
