* ** On-Site Performance Improvement:
** Partner with local teams to identify and implement measurable and sustainable operational enhancements.
* ** Breakthrough Performance Gains:
** Lead structured initiatives that go beyond incremental changes, driving significant improvements in quality, efficiency, and productivity.
* ** Sustainable Capability Building:
** Coach and develop teams to adopt best-in-class methodologies, embedding long-term operational excellence and providing training documentation.

** Apply proven frameworks and attend necessary certifications on Roche instrumentation to ensure measurable, repeatable success.

** Provide post-sales support for new parameters and collaborate with Sales & Technical Support on troubleshooting and software upgrades.

** Define and track key performance indicators to ensure initiatives deliver lasting business value.### Who You Are We are looking for a true change agent who meets the following requirements:

* Education & Experience:

** Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of relevant application experience in performance improvement or pharmaceutical manufacturing ideally in a CDMO, Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology company. An Advanced education ie.:
MsC in Engineering, Manufacturing Science or other related field is a plus. Experience in Management Consulting firms in addition to industry experience is a plus.

** Proficient written and verbal communication in both German and English, with the ability to influence and lead cultural change.
* ** Transformational Mindset:
** Demonstrated success in delivering transformational impact—not just incremental improvements—in operational environments.
* ** Technical & Digital Savvy:
** Strong understanding of digital tools and Roche platforms, with an analytical mindset capable of translating data into actionable strategies.
