Location: Basel-Land, Switzerland;

Workload and Set-up: 100% with a hybrid mode (few days a week on-site)
Project details:
We are seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to lead multiple cybersecurity projects within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate brings proven expertise in IT security and project/program management
, with a strong track record of delivering high-budget initiatives across global teams
. This role demands leadership, technical depth, and the ability to drive compliance and security excellence
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and execution of all security projects defined in the roadmap
• Support technical teams and engineers in rolling out cybersecurity solutions
• Manage project delivery to European affiliates and ensure compliance with global standards
• Provide regular reporting to management and executive stakeholders
• Drive consensus on proposed solutions and ensure timely delivery with high quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, QA, Compliance) to meet security objectives
• Report effectively at both executive and technical levels
• Apply Scrum/Agile methodologies for efficient project delivery

• PMI-certified Project/Program Manager with extensive experience in IT security
• CISSP and ISO 27001 certification (or equivalent)
• Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, GxP)
• 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management
• Strong leadership and team management skills with intercontinental project experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Prior experience with Scrum / Agile frameworks and technical IT project management.

• ITIL v3 Foundation Certified
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• CMMI (Continuous Process Improvement) experience
• PMO Optimization expertise (metrics and maturity in project management standards)
