For our client, a large pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for a GLAS Data Maintenance Support (m/f/d).

Roche Pharma Technical External Quality requires a data manager for the clean up of the Global List of Approved Suppliers (GLAS). This role is essential for maintaining a single, reliable source of truth for supplier data, which directly impacts operational efficiency, decision-making, and compliance

The perfect candidate is anyone in-between studies looking for hands‑on Data maintenance and GMP experience. This role is designed to help clean up data for the External Quality Processes department. It is a great first experience as an entry into Pharma and Supplier data maintenance.

• GLAS Data Maintenance (Maintain and update data in GLAS data systems).
• GMP Training (Train the teams (like Procurement and Finance) who work with the GLAS on the new rules and how to keep the data clean.)
• GMP Documentation (Track how the cleanup is going and report the results to management regularly)
• Ensuring data integrity (Put checks in place to prevent bad or incomplete information from entering the GLAS in the first place).

• Basic federal degree or in-between studies (bachelor, master or PhD) – a plus if it's relevant within IT field
• Strong computer skills, CSV, data maintenance an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Google environment (gSheets)
• Basic GMP knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in German or English
