TheOpportunity
The Health System Partnership Lead is responsible for designing, delivering, and stewarding specific implementation partnerships that enable health systems to adopt and scale Roche innovation in real-world settings. Working within the partnership strategy and governance set by the Head of Health System Partnerships, the role translates defined priorities and selected pilots into practical, financeable, and scalable system solutions. The role works in close collaboration with other EAi teams, Disease Area teams, Global Access, Diagnostics, regions, and affiliates to enable local adaptation and scale.
The role reports to the Head of Health System Partnerships (EAi).
- Deliver and steward assigned system partnerships, focused on care delivery models, financing pathways, and system capacity building.
- Translate agreed priorities and pilots into concrete, market-ready partnership solutions, supported by compact blueprints, learning tools, and transferability guides.
- Lead day-to-day partnership design and execution with institutions, insurers, investors, NGOs, and delivery partners.
- Apply established governance, guardrails, and partnership standards, ensuring models are adaptable, usable, and consistent across markets.
- Enable regions and affiliates to apply and scale partnership models, while local teams retain ownership for execution.
- Advanced degree in economics, public health, international relations, business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered (affiliate experience is an advantage).
- 7+ years’ experience working on health system financing, delivery, or implementation partnerships across public, private, and/or multilateral settings.
- Proven experience designing and delivering execution-oriented partnerships, translating concepts into practical system solutions.
- Strong understanding of health system governance and implementation dynamics, with the ability to work across markets.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across policy, access, commercial, and regional teams, leading through expertise rather than authority.
- Professional credibility, sound judgment, and comfort operating across geographies and cultures.
