HR Business Partner - focus on Service- and Vendor Mgt of Talent Acquisition & Talent and Organisational Development

Looking for your next career step within HR? In this role you will be responsible for our Bio Tech clients Service - and Vendor Mgt of Talent Acquisition (TA) as well as Talent and Organisational Development (TOD). In close collaboration with the Capsules & Health Ingredients (CHI) HR Leadership Team and various Senior Business Leaders to provide HR Business Partnering for defined areas.

Start date: March 2026 •
End date: one-year-contract (with the possibility of extension) •
Workload: 100% •
Location: Basel (CH) •

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Recruitment Service Management
  • Responsible for Vendor Mgt linked to Talent and Organizational Development
  • Providing HR BP support for defined Business areas
  • Supporting Head HR Strategic Projects with Project Management activities and Project Portfolio Mgt
Your Qualifications
  • Master Degree in HR, Economics or Psychology
  • 10+ years work experience in HR
  • Min. 5 years experience as HRBP
  • Min. 3 years experience as Service Manager / Vendor Manager
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with business fluent english language skills
  • Project Mgt certification
  • Partnering, consulting,
    influencing & relationship management skills
  • Global
    /international mindset
  • Able to translate business requirements into HRIS
  • Self-starter and fast learner with the experience to quickly establish relationships and be viewed as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert
  • High planning and project management and execution capability - able to oversee, plan and execute parallel concurrent activities to serve organization wide plans
  • Strong at analysis (including MS Excel),
    reporting
    , presenting and facilitating
  • Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information
