• Own and manage Talent Acquisition service delivery and related processes
• Lead vendor management activities across Talent Acquisition and Talent & Organizational Development
• Act as HR Business Partner for defined business units
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders and HR leadership teams
• Translate business needs into scalable HR processes and system solutions
• Support strategic HR initiatives through project and portfolio management
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous process improvement
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration across HR and the wider organization

• University degree in HR, Economics, Psychology or a related field
• Master’s degree is an advantage
• 10+ years of professional experience within HR
• At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
• Minimum 3 years of experience in service or vendor management roles
• Strong business acumen with the ability to advise senior stakeholders
• Proven project management expertise and certification
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in fast‑growing, international environments
• High resilience, adaptability and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Fluent English required
