HRBP (M/F/D)

• The TA & TOD Manager & HRBP CHI will be responsible for the Service – and Vendor Mgt of Talent Acquisition (TA) as well as Talent and Organisational Development (TOD)
• The role will also provide HR Business Partnering for defined Business areas.
• The individual will collaborate closely with the CHI HLRT as well as with senior Business Leaders.
• Responsible for Recruitment Service Management
• Responsible for Vendor Mgt linked to Talent and Organizational Development
• Providing HRBP support for defined Business areas
• Supporting Head HR Strategic Projects with Project Management activities and Project Portfolio Mgt.

  • Senior Business leaders

• You bring a broad spectrum of knowledge to this position from your prior work in leadership roles
• You have exceptionally strong business acumen, the ability to develop trusting and authentic relationship
• You are able to translate business requirements into HRIS.
• The preferred candidate will have previous experience gained in a fast growing multinational company
• High planning and project management and execution capability
• Able to oversee, plan and execute parallel concurrent activities to serve organization wide plans
• Strong at analysis (including MS Excel), reporting, presenting and facilitating
• Strong customer service and communication skills, ability to handle confidential information
• Innovative and forward looking analytical mindset
• Strong work ethic, resilience, time management skills and a positive attitude
