Corporate Switzerland (12-Month Contract)
The Opportunity
On behalf of an international corporate client in Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced agency-side recruiter who is ready to step into a corporate Talent Acquisition role for a 12-month assignment. This role is ideal for recruiters coming from a headhunting or recruitment agency environment who enjoy ownership, stakeholder exposure and high-quality hiring processes — without giving up pace, autonomy and impact.
You will work closely with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders, managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple Swiss locations in a hybrid setup.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and specialist roles in Switzerland — from intake and search strategy to offer stage
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers, translating business needs into effective search approaches
- Apply your agency mindset: proactive sourcing, market intelligence, creative search strategies and candidate engagement
- Ensure a smooth, professional candidate journey, including interview coordination and transparent communication
- Work with modern ATS systems, Linked In Recruiter and AI-supported tools
- Handle multiple roles in parallel while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfaction
- Support local Talent Acquisition initiatives and ad-hoc recruiting projects
- Several years of experience in recruitment, headhunting or executive search, ideally within Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech or another regulated industry
- Used to working in a fast-paced agency environment with high ownership and accountability
- Strong stakeholder management skills — confident, structured and credible at business level
- Consultative mindset with the ability to challenge, advise and influence
- Hands‑on, pragmatic and solution‑oriented
- Comfortable operating in an international, corporate environment
- Fluent in English AND German (mandatory)
- Solid systems affinity; experience with ATS tools, Linked In Recruiter and AI-based sourcing is a plus
