Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement the global CHI Total Rewards strategy for more than 3,500 employees in partnership with HR Heads and HRBPs
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR leadership and business stakeholders, applying global TR governance while tailoring reward solutions to local needs
- Develop communication materials, guidance and training resources to support new and existing Total Rewards programs and reinforce a performance-driven culture
- Act as subject matter expert on pay transparency and drive related initiatives
- Support compensation topics in mergers, acquisitions and organizational transitions, ensuring alignment with global frameworks
- Champion all reward-related policies and practices and recommend solutions to attract, motivate and retain talent
- Lead annual compensation cycles, salary benchmarking, pay structure development and job grading activities
- Ensure adherence to region-specific compensation regulations and practices
- Perform additional responsibilities as required
