A global human resources firm in Switzerland is looking for an experienced Total Rewards specialist to guide their global strategy. You will oversee compensation frameworks for over 3,500 employees, act as a trusted advisor to HR leaders, and lead annual compensation cycles. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, over 5 years in Total Rewards or HR, and strong experience in global programs and stakeholder management.
This role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to influence decisions at senior levels. The position is on-site in Basel with a duration of 12 months, potentially converting to a permanent role.
