Ein führendes Hotel in Basel sucht einen Chef Event / Sous-Chef, der die Verantwortung für alle kulinarischen Abläufe im Eventbereich übernimmst. Du leitest die Event-Küche für bis zu 900 Gäste, entwickelst innovative Menüs und sorgst für eine qualitativ hochstehende Speisezubereitung. Vorausgesetzt werden eine abgeschlossene Kochausbildung, mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Gastronomie sowie Führungskompetenz.
