We’re looking for a Global Brand Manager Oncology who is passionate about making a meaningful impact on global health. This is a unique opportunity to shape access to life-changing oncology treatments in emerging markets and contribute to improving patient outcomes worldwide.
What You’ll DoLead Strategic Marketing: Develop and champion cross-functional brand plans that accelerate growth for Abbott’s Oncology and Biosimilar portfolio.
Drive Market Insights: Initiate research to uncover unmet needs and enhance customer experience, translating insights into actionable strategies.
Shape Brand Positioning: Define global positioning and messaging that differentiates our brands and resonates with healthcare professionals and patients.
Deliver Launch Excellence: Create and implement global launch plans for new products, ensuring seamless execution across affiliates.
Collaborate Globally: Build strong partnerships with regional and local teams, providing guidance and support for effective marketing execution.
Optimize Resources: Manage budgets strategically to maximize impact and ROI.
Monitor Performance: Track progress, share best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Lead global cross-functional brand teams
Education: University degree in Science or Business; MBA or postgraduate marketing qualification preferred.
Experience:
10+ years in pharmaceutical/oncology marketing or sales, ideally with global or regional exposure.
Proven success in Oncology and Biosimilar brand management.
Experience in emerging markets (Lat Am, Asia, Middle East & Africa) is a strong advantage.
Skills:
Strategic thinking and foresight.
Expertise in brand building and multi-channel engagement.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Languages: Fluency in English required; additional languages (Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin) are a plus.
