Our client is the group accounting of an international bank in Zurich. We are looking for an accounting specialist (m, f, d) to support the bank’s risk management framework.

• Analyse the bank's key risks within overall bank management regarding ICAAP and ILAAP regulations.
• Monitor risk types such as market, credit, liquidity, and operational risk.
• Collaborate on long‑term planning calculations for balance sheet, income and capital structures and support the evaluation of business areas and investment planning.
• Prepare relevant information for corporate management, analyse key figure development, create forecasts, target/actual comparisons and risk reports.
• Develop decision‑making bases for strategic and operational goals.
• Ensure monitoring of regulatory issues in the context of Basel III and the EBA guidelines, risk‑bearing capacity (ICAAP) and liquidity management (ILAAP).
• Collaborate on the further development of risk management and controlling processes as well as the early risk‑detection system.
• Carry out ad hoc projects.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking & Finance or Economics.
• CPA or ACCA certification an advantage.
• Professional experience in banking in the areas of accounting (regulatory reporting), auditing or banking consulting.
• Interest in regulatory work and a strong affinity for numbers, data and analysis.
• Analytical and team‑oriented personality with a structured approach to work, initiative and high quality standards.
• Interest in teamwork and interdisciplinary exchange.
• IT flair for banking systems and software and confident use of MS Office applications.
• German and English language skills.
