Junior O2C Specialist (German & English) – On-site, Porto, Portugal

Working Hours:

Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00;
Weekends off

Salary & Bonuses: 1,300€ gross/month (14 payments);
Welcome Bonus: 3,000€ for German speakers (paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year, conditional on less than 6% unjustified absenteeism; not part of fixed monthly salary)

Relocation support (if moving from abroad): room in shared apartment up to 12 months, 280€/month, utilities included (deducted from payslip)

Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable processes in an international finance environment, ensuring accurate transactions and excellent customer support.

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or similar
• 6+ months experience in O2C / AR / Finance Ops (2–5 years a plus)
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables preferred)
• ERP knowledge (SAP / Oracle / Net Suite is a plus)
• Fluent German & Advanced English (C1)
• Detail-oriented, analytical, customer-focused
