Client Relationship Manager

A dynamic Private Bank based in Basel is looking for their new Relationship Manager.

Maintain and further develop relationships with existing EAMs and Family Offices

Develop tailored solutions and processes that meet the expectations and objectives of EAM partners

Provide research, investment ideas, and portfolio solutions

Promote the services and capabilities offered by the institution

Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations (FATCA, AML, MiFID, etc.)

Prepare and coordinate client meetings and events

Manage retro cessions and related commission structures

Respond to client inquiries by email and phone

Control, execute, and monitor client instructions (payments, securities transactions, static data updates, etc.)

Monitor credit lines, investment maturities, and administrative processes

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent banking education
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office; knowledge of Avaloq or similar systems is an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize and resolve problems effectively, with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professional ethics
• Fluency in German and English
