Position Summary

Join our team for a 6-month internship where you will gain hands‑on experience in documenting, optimizing and improving business processes within an international organization. You will contribute to process documentation, systems support, and data organization, while collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders. This internship offers a dynamic environment to develop your skills, expand your knowledge, and work alongside a motivated, multi‑cultural team dedicated to innovation and excellence.

• Contribute to the design, continuous improvement, change management, and optimization of business processes.
• Support and execute the development and maintenance of process documentation, including standard operating procedures.
• Creation of process flow diagrams and training materials.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented process changes, providing recommendations for further enhancements.
• Support cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement across all operational teams.

• Currently enrolled in a university degree program in a business-related field.
• Solution‑oriented, proactive, and results‑driven with a strong sense of personal accountability.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders.
