One of our main clients based in Basel (Switzerland) is looking for a HVAC Specialist Planner to provide us with intensive operational support for a period of two months in the ‘HVAC’ department. You will be part of the ‘Site Infrastructure Engineering’ department and will contribute your technical expertise directly to the planning and documentation of our highly complex systems.

Please note that this is a 2 months assignment.

• Practical technical planning:
  Creation and revision of HVAC plans (ventilation diagrams, piping diagrams) for sensitive pharmaceutical production and laboratory areas.
• CAD design:
  You will work confidently with Tricad / Microstation to create layouts and details that accurately reflect the specific requirements of the pharmaceutical environment (pressure levels, clean room zones).
• You maintain and update the factory documentation directly in the COMOS system. You ensure that all technical parameters and lists (parts lists, apparatus sheets) comply with GMP.
• Technical documentation:
  You will assist in preparing technical documents for the qualification of the systems.
• Teamwork:
  Close cooperation with the project teams within the self-organized ‘HVAC’ circle.

• Completed training as a building services engineer (HVAC), building services planner or a comparable technical qualification with corresponding further training.
• You are a professional user of Microstation (Tricad MS) and have in-depth experience in database-driven planning with COMOS.
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry:
  You have already worked on projects in a GMP-regulated environment and know what is important when it comes to documentation in the GMP sector.
• Fluency in German is essential due to the documentation guidelines.

Duration: 2 months
