Verantwortlichkeiten
- Du planst und realisierst eigenständig spannende HLK-Projekte.
- Du erstellst Pläne und Ausschreibungsunterlagen vom Vorprojekt bis zur Ausführung.
- Du übernimmst die Fachbauleitung und koordinierst interne sowie externe Projektsitzungen.
- Du bearbeitest Projekte mittlerer bis grosser Grösse selbstständig.
- Du bringst Ideen ein und optimierst Planungsabläufe aktiv.
- Du hast eine Ausbildung als Gebäudetechnikplaner/in HLK abgeschlossen.
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von HLK-Anlagen.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit CAD-Systemen (Plancal Nova, Revit).
- Du bist teamfähig, kommunikativ und flexibel im Arbeitsalltag.
- Du arbeitest routiniert mit MS Office und anderen IT-Tools.
